Her coaching starts with achievable movement, simplified nutrition, and building confidence step by step.
Sierra Scott leads the mental transformation. With a background in psychology and life coaching, Sierra specializes in helping women get unstuck. She guides clients through anxiety, self-sabotage, and lifestyle overwhelm—teaching routines, reframing limiting beliefs, and creating structure that supports long-term success.
